What does the membership include?
Quarterly at-home blood testing with a prepaid return label for the lab, 18 biomarkers and ratios processed by a CLIA lab, an environmental assessment, a dashboard with every value, range and trend, and a nutrition, movement and recovery plan rebuilt each cycle. Cancellation is one click and your results stay yours.
Do I have to buy supplements?
No. Membership is the panel, the dashboard, and the protocol. Precision Packs are separate.
Is 18 markers enough?
It covers cardiovascular, metabolic, inflammation, hormonal, thyroid, iron and nutrient status, including ApoB and hsCRP, which most physicals don't run. It doesn't include liver enzymes, kidney filtration, or a full thyroid panel, and it doesn't replace care from your physician. This is the Core Health panel, the baseline every membership starts on. Specialty panels are coming, and they build on the same foundation.
How often do I test?
Every 90 days. Kits ship automatically.

A capillary draw on the upper arm. Five minutes, at home.
When does my kit arrive, and how long do results take?
Kits ship to all 50 states, and every kit includes a prepaid return label for the lab. Your first kit leaves within [PROOF NEEDED: X business days] of joining, and results post to your dashboard [PROOF NEEDED: X days] after the lab receives your sample. Every kit after that ships automatically at 90 days, so there is nothing to reorder.
What if my sample fails?
Book the live assist call during collection and a replacement kit ships free.
Where does my data live?
Encrypted, stored against a unique ID rather than your name, never sold. Your sample is processed by a CLIA-certified lab, and the results are visible to you in your dashboard. You can download them at any time and take them to your physician.
What happens to my results if I cancel?
They are yours permanently. The account stays open.
Do I need to test before I can order Precision Packs?
Yes. Packs are formulated from your panel, so the panel comes first.
How often does my Packs formula change?
Every 90 days, alongside your retest. Your next shipment arrives already updated.
That seems like a lot of capsules.
Six to eight per pack, depending on your results. Each one is dosed to a specific marker and timed to the window where it works, rather than everything arriving at once in a fixed serving. Your count drops as your markers come into range.
Why $199 for Precision Packs?
Three packs a day, six to eight capsules per pack, dosed at clinical amounts and formulated individually against your results rather than batched into a fixed serving. Packs are optional, they sit on top of the $69 membership, and they can only be built once there is a panel to build them from.
How does billing work, and is there a commitment?
Membership bills monthly at $69, and you can pause or cancel any time in one click from your dashboard. There is no minimum term. We recommend completing a full 90-day cycle, panel to retest, because one panel is a data point and the retest is where it becomes information. Precision Packs, if you add them, bill separately at $199 a month and can be cancelled on their own.
Can I use HSA or FSA?
The membership is HSA and FSA eligible. You can pay with your HSA or FSA card at checkout. Eligibility rules vary by plan, so check with your plan administrator if you are unsure.
