Purchasing Your MNLY Membership

I had multiple memberships added at checkout, prior to purchasing

The subscription will automatically be added to the checkout each time you enter the store checkout. At the top right-hand corner of the check out screen, there is a bag icon. Selecting that icon will bring up your cart where you can remove added memberships prior to checking out.

I accidentally purchased multiple memberships

Please reach out to our support team via email at support@getmnly.com and we will refund the extra subscriptions.

Can I purchase the membership for someone else?

Yes, you can. But in doing so please use their contact information at checkout. Our system pulls user information from the Shopify checkout such as name, mailing address, email, and contact number. If you use your information the profile created will be in your name, with your details associated with it.

If I purchased the membership for someone else and used my details, how can I have them changed to the person I’m purchasing the kit for?

Email support to notify them, and provide the information of the person for whom the membership was intended.

If I opt-in to receiving SMS will I be spammed with marketing?

No, we do not send any marketing via SMS. SMS is used solely to inform you of the status of your membership, such as tracking information, blood test kit results etc.

MNLY User Portal

I don’t know what my password is

If you are logging into your account for the first time. Your username AND password are BOTH the email address that you used when purchasing your membership.

How do I pause my subscription?

To pause your subscription you need to head to the manage your subscription tab in the top right-hand corner of your user portal and select ‘cancel my subscription’. When you’re ready to reactivate your subscription simply follow the same process. This will prevent further charges from occurring as well as pause any future supplement orders.

How can I maximize my results from the membership?

We recommend implementing all 3 of the protocols provided to you in your user portal. The supplementation regime, the nutrition protocols as well as the lifestyle protocols. All three of these protocols have been shown to improve not only your blood panel results but also your overall well-being.

How long does the environment and lifestyle questionnaire take to complete?

The questionnaire should take between 8-10 minutes to complete. The questionnaire will be saved during the process if there is a need to complete it at another time. Your lab kit will not be sent out until completion of the questionnaire, however.

Where can I see my nutrition and lifestyle protocols?

Your personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols can both be located in your user portal under the Health Plan tab. These are prioritized based on the data provided through your blood samples and environment and lifestyle questionnaire.

Shipping MNLY Products

How long does it take to receive my blood test kit?

Your blood test kit will only be shipped once you have COMPLETED your online environment and lifestyle questionnaire. Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days. Shipping is through USPS and delays can occur. Your tracking number will be provided to you via email as well as text.

My lab kit is stuck at USPS. What do I do?

Your first step is to reach out to USPS and provide them with the tracking number provided. Failing to resolve the issue with USPS please contact our support team via email at support@getmnly.com and notify them of the situation.

How long does it take to receive my supplements once my blood samples have been resulted?

It usually takes between 7-10 business days to receive your supplements. Once your blood samples are resulted your supplements will go into production on the first business day after the results are submitted. 

MNLY Blood Sample Kit & Process

I’m not too sure how to take the blood samples?

Once you activate your lab kit via the QR code provided on the kit insert, you will be redirected to an instructional video that walks you through the sampling process. You may also book a call with one of our specialists to help assist you with the process and provide you with the best practices to successfully have your samples resulted. How should I prepare for the blood sample process?

We recommend making sure that you are well hydrated, fasted, have ceased your current supplement regime for at least a week, and have avoided alcohol for 72 hours and caffeine for 24 hours. All of the above can affect your blood sample results and we want to get a true baseline measurement to be able to provide you with the most accurate and specific supplements and dosages.

Can I fail the blood testing process?

Yes, samples can fail due to several reasons.

  • Not enough blood was provided on the sample.

This occurs when not enough blood is dropped in the square sample window. We recommend 8-10 large blood droplets per box. This may require several fingers to be used throughout the process. The blood sample must completely pass the first line on the separation panel for the sample to be resulted. Once done, allow several minutes for the blood to be pulled up the separation panel. If the blood does not pass the first line continue to several more blood drops to square panel.

  • The sample testing falling outside of the stability window (12-14 days)

This occurs when samples are taken but not sent back to our lab partners immediately. We recommend sending the samples back to our lab partners within 24 hours of the collection to avoid this from occurring.

  • Incorrect sample collection

This occurs when blood is dropped on the separating panel (the rectangle panel) on the sample card. Blood is to be dropped only onto the square panel. square panel.

What happens if my blood samples fail?

We will provide you with a free second kit. However, we only do this once and because of that once you receive your second sample kit you MUST book a call with one of our specialists to walk you through the process so your second lab kit is successfully resulted. To book that call Click Here.

My samples have been at the lab for quite some time. What happens now?

Blood samples should be resulted within 48 hours of lab receiving the samples. Sometimes there are issues that delay this. If this occurs with your sample please email our support team at support@getmnly.com and we will follow up and find out why the delay is occurring and work to rectify the issue.

When can I see my blood test results in my user portal?

Your blood test results will be sent immediately to your user portal for your viewing as soon as the sample is successfully resulted by the lab.

MNLY Supplements

How often should I take my supplements?

The supplements are provided in sachets specific to the times of the day. There are 3 per day to take and only consistent adherence to this protocol will provide you the benefits and results you are after. These times are indicated on each sachet with an AM/NOON/PM being printed on the individual sachet.

Why did I receive 3 supplement boxes?

Each box contains 10 days worth of supplements, totaling 30 days worth of your supplements.

I’ve been on the membership and taking the supplements and I’m not feeling a difference

You will not experience any notable changes for at least 6-8 weeks of undertaking your personalized protocols. Implementation of your lifestyle and nutrition protocols will expedite your results by not only speeding up the effectiveness of your personalized supplements but also the timeframe in which you will begin to experience notable changes.

When should I expect to receive my new month's worth of supplements?

You should receive each monthly supply of supplements a few days prior to your current month's supply ending.

I have an excess amount of supplements, what should I do?

You can suspend your membership for the time frame of supplements that you currently have and then reinstate it when you get closer to finishing your current supply. Please keep in mind that supplement production and shipping can take up to 10 days to be received.

How can I see what supplements I have been prescribed?

You can view your prescribed supplements in your user portal under the precision pack tab. This will show you each supplement and what effect they will have on you.
